Aleut disease is a chronic, progressive infection disease caused by a parvovirus called Aleutian minson disease virus (ADV). The disease is characterized by the proliferation of plasma cells and immuno complex accumulation as a result of excessive stimulation of immune system. Clinically occurs with findings such as kidney failure, liver growth, anemia and weight loss. It does not have direct disease in humans but is an important pathogen in terms of animal health and cultivation.
