Alport sendromu / Alport syndrome
Alport syndrome is a genetic pass disease that leads to damage in the kidneys, ears and eyes. Basically type IV is caused by disorder in collagen synthesis, and the progressive kidney failure is characterized by sensorinural hearing loss and eye abnormalities (such as lenticonus). The disease often indicates the stay connected to X, but autozomal resesif and dominant forms are also available.
