ATP-bağlayıcı kaset (ABC) taşıyıcı kompleksi, substrat bağlayıcı alt birim içeren; it is a carrier protein complex that is located in the cell membrane and uses ATP for energy. Substrate binder subunit allows specific molecules (such as roots, lipids, ions) to be transported into or outside the cell by recognizing. In the clinic, mutations of this complex are associated with drug resistance (such as cancer chemotherapy) or genetic diseases (such as cystic fibrosis).
