AZD2693 is an experimental antisens oliucleotitis drug candidate, which is developed for the treatment of steatohepatit (MASH) associated with metabolic dysfunction, characterized by excessive fat accumulation and inflammation in the liver. This drug aims to reduce fat accumulation in liver cells by targeting abnormal lipid metabolism caused by pathological variant (I148M).
