cardiac Troponin complex — التعريف
Kardiyak Troponin Kompleksi / cardiac Troponin complex
The complex of cardiac troponin is a protein structure consisting of three subunits (T, I and C) which is located in the heartital cells and serve in contraction regulation. In the case of myocardial damage, these proteins are released into the blood, and are especially used as biomarkers with troponin I, which have high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. In clinical practice, the increase in levels of cardiac thrombosis is considered as gold standard.
