Konjenital bilateral vas deferens aplazisi; congenital bilateral vas deferens aplasia is a condition that both vas deferens (sperm-bearing channel). This condition is often associated with cystic fibrosis gene mutations and is an important cause of male infertility. Despite the fact that sperm production is normal in patients, obstructive azospermia occurs due to the fact that sperms cannot reach the ejaculate. The diagnosis is usually subject to physical examination, scrotal ultrasound and genetic tests.
