Dopamine — Definition

Dopamin / Dopamine
Dopamin is a catacolamine drug belonging to the class of sympathomimetic amin. In acute hemodynamic imbalance situations, it is mainly used by intravenous infusion to increase cardiac shock and aseptic shock, cardiac dehydmic and blood pressure. When stimulating dopaminergic receptors by increasing the blood flow of renal and splanknik at low doses, high doses indicate positive inotropic effect through beta-1 adrenergyic receptors. Also, if the levodopa is used as a precursor to eliminate the lack of neurotransmitter in Parkinson’s disease, the use of dopamine directly in acute treatment is limited.
