Disosteosklerosis is a rare skeleton dysplasia characterized by abnormal hardening of bones (sclerosis) and shape disorders (disostose). The disease often occurs during childhood and diluts neck shortness with symptoms such as thickening in skull bones, curvature in long bones and joint stiffness. This condition caused by genetic mutations leads to the increase of progressive bone density due to the disorder in bone reshape.
