The Fc receptor complex is a structure consisting of cell surface proteins that bind antibodies (especially IgG) to the fixed area (Fc part). This complex is found in immune cells such as macrophages, neutrophils and natural killer cells and regulate processes such as antibody car fagocytose, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Clinically, dysfunctions of the Fc receptor complex are associated with predisposition to autoimmune diseases, allergic reactions and infections.
