Fetal hemoglobinin kalıtsal devamlılığı-orak hücre hastalığı sendromu; fetal hemoglobin (HbF) is a genetic syndrome, which is seen in combination of orak cell disease with a hereditary condition that continues to be produced in high levels in the adult period. In this syndrome, the presence of HbF relieves the clinical course of the disease by suppressing the formation of orac cell, and reduces the frequency of vasocitic crisis with hemolytic anemia. Usually the result of deletions or spot mutations in the gene set of beta-globin occurs and a better prognosis is observed in patients.
