Imlifidase is a recombinant IgG enzyme used in patients with sensitive (high panel reactive antibody level) prior to kidney transplant. This drug quickly eliminates the specific antibodies of the donor, negativeizes the cross comparison test before the transplant, and thus allowing sensitive patients to be transplanted. The treatment is administered intravenously single dose and the effect should be temporarily supported by immunosuppressive treatment after transplant.
