Inocclusion is a rare inflammatory myopathy, which causes nucleus weakness and atrophy. The disease is often seen in individuals older than 50 years, and especially affects the front muscles of civilization with flexors of the hands. In muscle biopsy, abnormal protein deposits in the cell (inflammation bodies) and inflammation findings are detected. Although corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs are used in treatment, the disease is often resistant to treatment and proceeds over time.
