Mediastinal syndrome is a clinical picture that occurs in the middle of the chest cavity, resulting in artifacturing by tumor, infection or other mass (such as heart, large veins, pale pipe, dining pipe). This pressure leads to symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, sound jealousy, swallow strength and swelling in upper limbs. The diagnosis is usually based on imaging methods (computer tomography, magnetic resonance) and treatment of underlying cause (cerrahi, chemotherapy, radiotherapy).
