Otozomal is a type of extodermal dysplasia, which is rare. Disease; reticular hyperpigmentation is characterized by hypoplasia in the tooth mine, hyperhydrosis in the palm and foot base. In addition, the nail dystrophy and palmoplantar keratoderma ( thickening in the palm-foot base skin) is also common findings. The clinical picture is often pronounced during childhood and continues for life.
