Redderili myopathy is a rare genetic muscle disease, which is congenital and often seen in Lumbee Redderians. This disease is characterized by raniophasal anomalies, such as muscle weakness, respiratory problems and semi-k palate. Autozomal shows resessive transition and is caused by mutations in the STAC3 gene. Clinically, delay is observed in hypotoni and motor development from birth in patients.
