Nerandomilast — التعريف

Nerandomilast is a drug belonging to the class of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. ويُبحث هذا المخدّر على وجه الخصوص في معالجة أمراض الرئة النسيجية، مثل التليف الرئوي الرئوي المعوي. The mechanism of action involves suppressing inflammatory and fibrotic processes by increasing intracellular cAMP levels.
