Koksigeal nerve is the backdrop and provides sensory and motor internalvation to the skin and muscles in the cosiks (general choke). This nerve is detached from the bottom of the sakral pleksus and is responsible for the sensitivity of the cosigeal region. Clinically, in cases such as cochsidini (skin pain) this can play a role of irritation or jamming of the nerve. Also, posterior ramus also serves in reflex responses of the cosigeal region.
