Taneptakogin alpha is a coagulation factor VIIa analog produced by recombinant DNA technology. Used in the treatment of hemophilia attacks associated with developing inhibitors in patients with A or B. Thanks to this mechanism of action, hemostasis can temporarily correct even in the presence of inhibitor.
