X'e bağlı hipofosfatemik raşitizm / X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets
X chromosome is a kind of hereditary radiism, which shows dominant passage, increases phosphate excretion from the kidneys and develops a result of disorder in vitamin D activation. Low phosphate levels in the blood are characterized by normal calcium and vitamin D levels. Clinical findings include leg curves, neck shortness, dental abscesses and bone pains. Oral phosphate supplements in treatment and analogues of active vitamin D are used.
