Treponema is the first stage of siphysic infection caused by pallidum bacteria. After an average of 3-90 days from infection, it often appears a painless, hard-edge ulcer (milkr). If this lesion is not treated in 3 weeks, then the infection starts to secondary stage. Primary sifiliz can be completely improved with early diagnosis and appropriate antibiotic therapy.
