It is mainly characterized by progressive attack (coordination disorder) and oculomotor apraksi (strong in starting eye movements). The disease usually begins during child or early adulthood and can accompany additional neurological findings, such as peripheral neuropathic, cognitif regression. Genetically welded from mutations in PNKP gene and associated with disorder in DNA damage repair mechanisms.
