Uma doença genética rara caracterizada por anomalias da síndrome trio-hepato-entérica, cabelo (trico), fígado (hepato) e intestino (entérico). A doença manifesta-se com diarreia inatçı, insuficiência hepática e estrutura característica do cabelo (fadiga, cabelo raro). Esta síndrome, mostrando herança de resesif autozomal, é causada por mutações nos genes TTC37 ou SKIV2L e também pode acompanhar distúrbios do sistema imunológico.
