متلازمة (ليوبارد) مرض وراثي نادر، يظهر انتقالاً آلياً مهيمناً. The name takes from the main signs of the disease: Lentigins (extension), ECG abnormalities, Ocular hypertelorism (increase of inter-eye distance), Pulmoner stenosis, Anormal genital structures, Growth retardation and Stability (female loss). PTPN11 occurs due to mutations in the gene and forms a multisystemic table that affects the cardiovascular, skin, hearing and endocrine systems.
