Microsferofaki is a rare congenital anomalies that the eye lens has a smaller and global shape than normal. This condition is often associated with systemic diseases such as Weill-Marchesani syndrome, and increases the risk of extopia lentis (mercek slip) due to weakness in metrceğin zonüler fibers.
