White-Sutton syndrome is a rare neurocommunicational disorder, which shows autosomal dominant inheritance and is often caused by mutations in POGZ gene. Patients typically have moderate to severe mental obstruction, speech delay, otism spectrum disorder-like behavior and characteristic facial appearance. It can also accompany additional clinical findings such as gastrointestinal problems, sleep disorders and seizures.
