Even-Plus syndrome is a rare genetic disease that is rare with congenital anomalies, mental insufficiency and characteristic facial appearance. The disease manifests itself with findings such as epiphysial dysplasia, short size and el-foot anomalies in the skeleton system. Also, cardiac defects and kidney anomalies can also accompany syndrome. This syndrome, showing autozomal resesif inheritance, is caused by mutations in the RSPRY1 gene.
