This disease is a rare genetic muscle disorder, characterized by excessive increase (hypertoni) in childhood and muscle tone. Miofibriler develops muscle weakness and respiratory failure as a result of disruption of structures. Usually, in the first year of life, there is a fatal watcher and autozomal resesif inheritance.
