Craniosynostosis–anal anomalies–porokeratosis syndrome — Definition

Kraniyosinostoz–anal anomaliler–porokeratoz sendromu / Craniosynostosis–anal anomalies–porokeratosis syndrome
It is a rare genetic disease, it is characterized by a combination of characteristic lesions called porokeratosis in the skin, anus or rectum (anal anomalies) and skin. The disease shows the paterni of autozomal dominant inheritance, and usually gives a symptom from birth. While raniocynososis can lead to deterioration in the form of head and intra-head pressure increase, ana anomalies can affect bowel functions. Porokeratosis lesions appear thin on the skin, the edges appear as marked areas in the ring and are in the progressive character.
